The windows are large, they will be at the top of the terrace, they promise parking. Improvement is still in the plans, but the house itself is almost ready. It can be seen that the area is promising, it will develop well in the future, and, perhaps, housing will rise in price here. So I'm taking it now. The developer is young, but the guys are smart, they helped a lot with the choice.
